For the Internet security conscious, the form on this page transmits encrypted data via a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) script to our generic E-mail address. We cannot guarantee 100% security of information passed to us by this method, so it becomes a judgment call on your part as to which information you complete and send.

We accept gifts by cheque or money order; credit card (Bankcard, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Diners); or Internet Banking/periodic payment from your bank account to our (see below). We accept credit card donations over the telephone but if giving regularly by credit card, we will ask you to authorise regular automatic deductions. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Donating by Internet Banking or Periodic Payment from your bank account to ours

Periodic payment is where you arrange with your financial institution for regular transfer of funds from your account to ours. Note - by this method bank fees and/or charges are incurred by you, the donor. Similarly, it is to avoid bank fees that we do not provide a direct debit facility.

Note: In both Internet Banking and Periodic Payment, an identifiable transaction reference is essential for us to identify gifts on our monthly bank statements. Existing donors should use their four-digit Donor (D) number i.e. D#### which appears on your Receipt(s). If you are in any doubt as to what your Donor number is, please call us on 1300 731 550 (local call charge applies) or E-mail info@internationalneeds.org.au requesting conformation of your Donor number. We will need your full name, current address and telephone number for identification if contacting us by E-mail.

New donors will need to contact us for issue of a donor number prior to giving by Internet banking or periodic payment.

Tax deductibility. 

Gifts $2.00 and over to the "International Needs Overseas Assistance and Development Fund" are tax deductible.
Note: To qualify for tax deductibility, gifts must be unconditional. International Needs undertakes to allocate gifts according to donor wishes, or if not possible, to a similar approved project. In the event of a project being over-subscribed, excess funds will be used for a similar type of program and the donor advised accordingly. Administration costs are deducted prior to disbursement.
